Finance and Administration

RRHA's Finance and Administration Department oversees the inner workings of the authority. The department oversees the internal operations of the agency to ensure efficiency and effective support for agency initiatives. The department is composed of Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Budget.

• RRHA's Finance Division bears responsibility for the fiscal integrity of the authority. Finance and Administration manages an annual operating budget of approximately $68 million. These funds include allocations and funds received from the City of Richmond and funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Virginia HUD office).
