This three-day homeownership event in partnership with Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA), will run from Friday, March 21 to Sunday, March 23, 8AM – 8PM daily, providing an unparallelled opportunity for homebuyers at Virginia Union University, 1500 N Lombardy St, Richmond, VA 23220.
NACA’s Best in America Mortgage Features:
- No down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance
- Below-market, fixed interest rates (30-year fixed mortgage rate is 5.625% as of February 27).
Unlike traditional mortgage programs, NACA’s approach does not factor in credit scores. Instead, it focuses solely on an applicant’s financial readiness, ensuring accessibility for a broader range of potential homeowners.
Additionally, through this partnership with the RRHA, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher holders will have the opportunity to transition from renting to homeownership.
